    Did not receive E3


    Hello,

    I watched the Xbox E3 event live on my Xbox one through mixer when it aired. It said I should receive my mixpot rewards within a week, and it has been two now. This is strange as I have not had any trouble receiving these for previous events. I had multiple
    conversations with Xbox support, and they said you guys over here could best assist. The two reference numbers are; 1431165534 & 1431031652. Is there a delay in sending or a technical issue or something?

    Did not receive E3 Mixpot

    I watched the Xbox E3 briefing on Mixer while signed into my account, and have not received the E3 Mixpot. I waited a week had passed, per the suggestion on the support page (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/xbox-mixpot-faq),
    but still have not received any of the Mixpot content after 7 days. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
