    I was watching the E3 mixer stream while signed in on my phone and haven't yet received the MixPot. Is there something I did wrong on my end?

    Also Did Not Receive 2018 E3 Mixpot

    Im not one to complain but much like the other people I did not get the mixpot despite watching the Xbox e3 show on mixer. I was signed in on my phone with it going and unable to sign in on the website on my laptop but watched it there as well. Any help
    would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for these promotions and I understand if nothing can be done at this point.

    Update: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders I checked this page and saw that I received the Mixpot for the Inside Xbox stream, not the main E3 Xbox Briefing's Mixpot. I did watch both streams,
    the Briefing and Inside Xbox.
