Did not receive download token for TV series Attack On Titan Season 1.

On Feb 28 I bought Attack on Titan, the game, as part of the Anime month promotions. The promotion for this specific game was that it included the first season of the Attack on Titan TV series. After buying the game I received the 25 digit code with which
I could download the game, which I have already done.

The promotion mentioned I would receive a separate token with which I would be able to download the TV series. Until now this has not happened yet. I tried contacting the Microsoft account team and they have created a case for me. Unfortunately they where
not able to help me and referred me to the XBOX forums.

Hence my question here. How can I receive the download token for the season 1 series.

Attack on Titan Promotion for Anime Month

Purchased Attack on Titan video game before February 27, and I don't have a redeem token or key for Season 1 as the promotion said.

bought attack on titan game on march 21st, with a promo for the first season. Its been 19 days and i have not received the promo code for the series.

The account was created in the Netherlands 7 or 8 years ago. But since July 2016 I moved to the US and I think I set the account to US now.

I therefore assumed the promotion would be valid for me as well.

I haven't seen your message to me on my X-BOX. This is most likely because I set my account to

However, I can't find your message.

FYI, at the same time I got your message I got a message From XBOX Live with the same code. Don't know exactly why.
