    Can I cancel my preorder of FFXV and receive a refund here?

    My order number for FFXV is [Mod Removed]

    the date I preordered the game was 4/22/2016 UTC

    I would like to cancel my preorder and receive a refund because I was under the misapprehension that it would be multiplayer co-op game.

    Both a message I received about FFXV and Xbox support claimed that I can cancel my preorder before the game releases.

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

    Hey Viper -

    Navigate to your FFXV tile and press the menu button and go to 'Manage Game.' From there, check your 'Ready to Install' list to be sure that you have the extras content installed already. If you do, that content should be accessible in-game. I believe you
    get access to the Angler kit when you gain the ability to fish and the 16 Bit Buddies pack when you get the car.

    Keep us posted. Did not receive dlc for preorder of ffxv :)
