    For the month of October I spent the 59.99 on qualifying content and should of received credits and I got my achievements also so I should of received my credits for that also.

    Will I receive any VIP gems for completing the Free Ride Challenge?

    I received the 1000 reward credits for completing the Free Ride challenge for October, but I did not receive any VIP gems. Will I receive any?

    Looks like your purchases were one cent short of qualifying, which is why this offer did not automatically complete for you. I'll adjust these offers for completion since I'm sure we can both agree that's close enough. You should see the Credits for both
    offers pending by the end of next week!

    I understand that you received your credit in October. However, there was no credit given in December. The message you received was a reminder, not saying you got the credit. It was specifically talking about the credit you received back
    in October.

    I do hope I have clarified this further. You should not have received any further credit, and the message was a reminder about the credit you got in October expiring.

    I am not getting good support through this site. The 1 reply I received was not what promo stated

    There were 2 offers to receive credits for purchasing a console (they actually only ran from October to the end of December). Either the default offer of 30,000 credits or the offer for 50,000 credits. The offer for 50,000 credits was not given to everyone
    and was not just for gold members. In order to qualify, you had to be chosen for the offer (you would have either received a specific email for that offer including a code, or the offer would have shown on the Missions page of the Rewards site when you signed
    in, begin gold was not a requirement). If you were not chosen for the 50,000 credit off (as support stated), you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.

    Hey there, BurningMarlin6! That credit was just for October. If you are receiving emails, this is because the content purchased with the credit was not in Xbox Video. There should not be more credit than what was received in October, only reminders that
    you should be spending it. :) I hope that helps clear things up for you. :3

    You received Credit for your FREEdom Rewards purchases. Since you only purchases consumables for a single game in October and November, you received Credits for the FREE pass offer on October 5th and November 2nd. However, since you did not make any consumable
    purchases in December, you did not complete FREEquent player, and since you did not make purchases from three different games in a month, you did not receive Credits for 1, 2, FREE.

    For Games on Demand, only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. Since you did not have three eligible pre-orders during the offer period, you did not receive three punches and therefore did not complete the punch card.
