    I purchased three titles during the month of February, titles advertised for anime rewards, but did not receive any credits.

    Have not received credits.

    Have not received credits for December punch card. Made the necessary purchases and did not receive the 15,000 credits.

    Not getting credit for all Anime purchases

    Purchased several items, over $40, from the eligible anime game list on the same day from the MS store only received credit for half the purchases. Help!!!

    That offer required a total of 40 USD in spending to complete the offer and receive Credits. Since your purchase total was beneath this amount, you did not complete this offer, and therefore did not receive any offer completion Credits.

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing controllers. If you purchased a design lab controller by December 17 and did not receive credits, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it
    for you.

    We see you received payback for your purchases in July and September. Since you did not make any eligible purchases in August, you did not receive payback Credits that month. You can see all your past Credit activity from your MyStatement on the MyRewards
    page.
