Did not receive credit for throwback Thursday

I have purchase Civilization: Revolution two weeks ago on 7/6/2017 as part of the Throwback Thursday, but have not received any credit for the purchase thus far. The page said that there should be 6,000 rewards credits for the title. Can someone take a look
why I have not received the credit yet?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to a purchase data delay we experienced earlier this month, we are behind on processing purchases from the end of June and earlier in July. We are working on getting these purchases successfully loaded and processed for
Rewarding, and should have this issue resolved shortly.

You can see pending Credits from the MyRewards page. Your Credits for that purchase are currently pending there. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in
the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since those Credits were added on the sixth of this month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit this month.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with Throwback Thursday that was recently resolved. You should see the Credits pending for this purchase shortly.

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing the offer, so it's too early to see the credits pending.

As stated in our FAQ (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/):

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each week’s offer or completion of the Bonus Reward punchcard.

Since your purchase was just made today, it is too early to see the Credits pending.
