    Did not receive credit for Store purchases, please help


    I purchased 34 movies on Feb 21 from the store. Each said it would provide $5 credit by march 7, for a total $170, as part of an Oscar special.

    I have not received the credit. I talked to Microsoft support then posted in Xbox rewards they sent me here.

    Please help asap.. thank you

    redeemed 500 gems to purchase 10,000 myrewards credits and did not receive them. Help please xD

    Sorry for any bouncing around here for support, however we do not offer any support for Movies & TV here on the Xbox Forums any longer. We had in the past, but had stopped over a year ago.

    Before you head over to the
    Movies & TV Answers     forum to get assistance, make sure there are no CSV additions on your account directly on
    commerce.microsoft.com. This is where promotional currency will appear for customers. They will also likely ask to have you verify your movie purchases, so be sure to have that handy, too.

    If you have any Xbox support issues you need assistance with in the future, be sure to post up a new detailed post so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

    Most offers for earning credits are only for digital purchases made through the Xbox store. There is only 1 offer for receiving credits for purchasing elsewhere.

    That offer required a total of 40 USD in spending to complete the offer and receive Credits. Since your purchase total was beneath this amount, you did not complete this offer, and therefore did not receive any offer completion Credits.
