    Did not receive Cosmonaut Shotgun Pack code for my Prey preorder


    I have an open ticket: [Mod Removed] with xbox customer support regarding the pre order DLC for Bethesda Prey called the Cosmonaut Shotgun Pack. I purchased the game over a month before release but neither bethesda nor the seller (amazon)
    could give me the code. Xbox support says you can assist. Thank you.

    Prey Cosmonaut Pack

    Hi,

    I was just wondering if someone can answer a question I have regarding the Prey Cosmonaut DLC Pack.

    I purchased this game back in May off of the Xbox Live Store and did not receive the Cosmonaut Pack DLC. Can someone tell me why this is, as every single retail copy of the game I have seen in stores contains this inside the case. Considering the game was
    considerably more expensive off of the Xbox Live Store I feel that I should have gotten this.

    If I'd have known this at the time, I'd have definitely asked for a refund so I could have bought the physical copy cheaper and with the DLC.

    Any help would be appreciated, Prey is an amazing game and the Margrave Shotgun Skin you get is awesome and I'd have loved to have it.

    Prey Cosmonaut Pack

    If the DLC was included in the digital copy you'll need to highlight the game then press the start button on the controller. From there select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to see if it's listed there.

    However, please be aware that offers will differ between digital and physical copies of the game.

    Thanks for the reply, that was the first thing that I checked. I'm hopefully waiting for an answer from Microsoft as this is still available on their store as well and it says it does come bundled with copies of Prey.

    Halo 5 Redeem codes - across system and does it matter who redeems?

    As I bought the game, by accident, I received the "preorder" REQ PACK on my account. My son did not get these.

    My son (didn't buy the game) was successful in entering the 2 extra bonus req packs (included in the game and 2nd controller). He received both and I received neither.

    So Halo 5 is scammy like COD Advanced Warfare where the codes only go against the account they are entered not the console. (V. Destiny and Far Cry on PS4 which were console codes).
