Did not receive codes for previous Gear of War games after buying Gears of War 4

I purchased Gears of War 4 on October 11th and have not received an xbox message with the download codes for the previous games in the series. I made a post on this forum previously and was told the codes would be sent out within a month of purchase, but I
have not gotten them.

No gears of war 1,2,3, judgement codes with my ultimate gears of war 4.

Hey. I brought the gears of war 4 xbox one and redeemed the code for the gear of war 4 game and it's dlc but I did not receive any codes of the other gear of wars collection. I did ask xbox support and they said I should post on here to get the codes.

Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.
