Did not receive code for free Minecraft Java

I have had Minecraft Bedrock for years now and with the new launcher I could finally get Java on my Windows 11 (way laggier than 10 but better mail app at least) but I never received a code to get it and had to pay for the game despite the fact that everyone else got it free. In what hurts more is that people who had paid for both versions before got a cape, but since I never received a code I had to pay for Java and I didn’t get a cape either. With 1 being unavailable to me (see my other question) I didn’t have Java for free. Yes, I had to pay for Java because my first account never worked. Although at least both accounts has/had value to them, as I make Minecraft skins literally whenever I’m bored and every so often, one of my skins just happens to get popular (yes on Nova Skin 20 downloads is considered popular because basically no one uses it) and 1, well I still had access to it but kind of not because I didn’t even have a PC back then, it’s literally a one a character name and is literally the first number that many people say when counting. However I have a pretty clean record with not violating the EULA (except for one thing that might be violating it but it’s so vague that I don’t even know if it even counts) so I would never be selling or buying accounts or anything related to spending money on Minecraft (minus the game itself and Minecoins). Anyways I just want the code I was supposed to get so perhaps I can get my third account for free. I’ll be making an addon now!

According to the support article from Mojang - Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC FAQ – Home, you will need to perform few steps to acquire that version and start gaming. The main and important thing here is you need to migrate your Mojang account to Microsoft account first (How to Migrate Your Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account – Home (minecraft.net)). Then, the rest of the steps will be guide on how to install and use the Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition.

To address your concerns:

There is no need for you to get a code. Kindly follow the steps provided on this site: Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC FAQ – Home (see screenshot below).
Lagging issues can be fixed by doing troubleshooting or else updating system, Xbox apps and Gaming Services. Please check here to learn more:

I search for the Minecraft Windows 10 Versions Code, wich should be free because I have the Minecraft Java Edition for many years. In the Internet stands that I should find the Code on the Mojang Website but there is nothing.

Hello friend, this is a promotion available only for users who have purchased the Java version before October 19, 2018, so of you did not bought the game beforte this date you cannot get the Windows 10 version for free

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to get a free copy. April 20th was the last day to obtain it.

If you did buy Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018, then you might not be aware that you’re entitled to a FREE copy of the Windows 10 version. It’s an offer that we ended a couple of Octobers ago, but you still have some time to redeem your
free copy if you bought Java Edition way back when! After Monday, April 20th, 2020, customers who purchased Minecraft Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 will no longer be able to redeem their free version of Minecraft for Windows 10 token code. Until then,
players who bought Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 can still receive a token for Minecraft for Windows 10.

I'm so sorry that you can't reedem your free copy anymore. You'll either have to buy a new copy from the Microsoft store or wait for it to be on sale.

Also again my order history will NOT say I purchased Minecraft because I did not. As stated before, I got minecraft bedrock because Mojang gave a free code to redeem Bedrock for all Mojang users that purchased Java Edition before a certain date see article below:
