Did not receive code for 12 months of free EA Access

Hi,

Back in December I received an email from Xbox Canada stating that if I logged in to my Xbox Live account on an Xbox One between December 10th to the 24th that I would receive a code for 12 months of EA Access for free. So I logged in to my Xbox One with
my Xbox Live account between the promotion dates. Seemed simple enough. According to the fine print of the email, I was supposed to receive the code in my message center by January 15th. The 15th has come and gone without any code in my message center.
I was wondering if someone could help me find where it is. Is there more than one location that messages show up?

Here is the fine print from the end of the email:

*Offer valid only for the Xbox Live account holder that received this communication. This communication may not be transferred or forwarded. To qualify for the offer, you must login to Xbox One console with your existing primary Xbox Live account and Gamertag.
To receive the free download code for 12 months of EA Access (estimated retail value of $30 CAD), you must log on to Xbox Live from the Xbox One console before the 12/24/2015 23:59 (GMT). The free gift code will be sent via the "Message Center" Xbox One by
01/15/2016. The code can be redeemed within "Message Center" until 02/24/2016. This offer is limited to one (1) code per person.

Purchased NHL 17 store but didn't receive ea access code

i purchased NHL 17 in the store and was supposed to receive ea access code for a free month and did not receive any codes.

 

nhl rewards 1 month ea access code not valid

need new code for 1 month ea access trial as the other nhl rewards one isnt valid

Part of being an NHL rewards member . previously an ea access member for 12 months (purchased 6th september 2015). brought nhl 16 free as part of ea access.
