Did not receive code after purchase

About a day ago,I purchased a year of gold through the promotion about receiving rainbow 6 seige free through purchase of a year subscription, and i still have not received the download code for rainbow 6. I've spoken to support and they suggested I post
my issue here. Any help is appreciated thank you.

I recently purchase the Xbox One S Gears of War Bundle from Amazon and in the Product Description the last line states "Now, for a limited time, get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for download on Xbox One at no additional cost." However, upon
receiving the console and installing the included Gears of War 4 game, I was unable to find the code to download the other games from the series in the "Xbox 360 Gears of War collection." I was wondering how to go about getting those codes? Thanks for the

As long as you redeemed the Gears 4 code by December 31, 2016, you should receive the codes via Live message within 30 days.

 

You should receive the code within 4 weeks of your purchase. If not, you'll want to post back here.

To check, where did you see this specific promotion displayed? Can you please send us a photo of the promotional offer you saw as well as the Terms & Conditions regarding this if it's located on your Xbox One dashboard?

 

I saw the offer on dashboard however when I went through with the purchase the offer changed to free play days. The offer was buy a year of gold and receive rainbow 6 seige free, there was also something about a deal for the 3 month and 6 month subscriptions.
I'm sorry I don't have a screenshot of the deal as I said it changed immediately after purchase of the year subscription.

 

Thanks for the update on that. We took a closer look into this and in this particular case, we're afraid we weren't able to find anything on our end in order to confirm that promotion being active.

However, if this is something you saw on the Xbox One dashboard and you followed through with steps to purchase 12-months of Xbox Live Gold through that dashboard offer portal, typically the benchmark for a code to be sent to your account via Xbox Live messaging
would be 7-10 days from the date of purchase.

We recommend waiting that time frame to see if you receive a message from Xbox Live regarding the offer you saw.

 

This is the offer which does state the code should be sent within 4 weeks.
