    Did not receive BOGO token for buying Xbox Live Gold in Jan 2018


    I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live Gold from this Microsoft page, waited until after 3/15 but never received a token. Xbox Support is telling me that I had to buy it thought the XBox dashboard, which isn't mentioned anywhere in the ad. Kinda feeling swindled

    Did not receive 3 months token for gold live in Jan 2018 promotion

    Hi. I January 2018 I bought a 3 months gold membership which at the time was due to come with an extra 3 month token as a promotion.

    Token was due vuie email by 15th March 2018 but never received it. Can anyone help?

    Yes, I am having this same issue too. I have been Gold since 2010 on X360 and in Jan 2018, it stopped reflecting I am Gold on Xbox Rewards. It is asking me to sign up for Gold. Also, my Jan 2018 refund did not reflect the 10% Gold
    bonus. I only got 5%. It still shows I am Gold everywhere else on Xbox Live including support who claimed I started Gold on Jan 15. I thought it was because pn Jan 15, I redeemed a 3m Gold membership I bought to extend my time (Amazon was offering a buy 3m
    get 3m free so I redeemed 6m total). But it maybe a glitch.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated this to the subscription team to investigate. According to the data we are receiving, it claims that you are on a "trial" subscription. Once our subscription team has informed us on why this is occurring,
    we will update this thread. We are also working on creating a duplicate VIP Payback event from last month to reflect the double amount you should have received as a Gold member.
    Should I just buy a 1m Xbox Live Gold? I want this issue to be resolved ASAP. So, I can get my missing Jan 2018 deposit and it won't affect my Feb 2018 deposit. I am willing to just buy a 1m Gold to extend my membership to May 2020.

    The 3 for 3 deal was buying 3 games out of a select list and receiving a 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription. The promotion ended 01-Jan-2014, so I'm afraid it's too late for you.
