    Did not receive Black dog pack


    Hello im contacting today as o have pre-ordered sea of thieves while im on holiday in poland and i haven't recived the black dog pack with my pre-order. i went back to the store and told them i haven't recived it but they don't know that suck a thing exists.
    So im contacting to see if there is a way of buying it separately, unlocking it somehow or getting it from support. I have attached the receipt i got as proof of purchase in case it is needed.

    Have you received your Black Dog pack code to your Xbox Live message center since your last message? If not, it will take some more time as those codes should be sent out to eligible customers within 7-10 days of the launch of Sea of Thieves.

    Hi, im back, i just tested the game and i do not received the black dog pack, i'm just answering another code working in france. or giving me the black dog pack to my account.

    Please be fast, all my friends are playing with this pack and the problem come from the code and nothing else.

    Hi there niwshki. If you received your Black Dog pack code let's have you go to My Games & Apps>Sea of Thieves>Manage Content>Ready to Install on your Xbox One console.

    Do you see the Black Dog pack there available to install?
