    I got my code for American Nightmare basically right away, but nothing on the original Alan Wake. The
    only reason I even pre-ordered digitally was for the PC code, otherwise I would've just gotten the disc and sold it back already!!

    Did not receive Quantum Break PreOrder Codes

    I was told from support to post my situation here. I preordered Quantum Break from Xbox.com, but I have not received my Alan Wake code or Quantum Break PC code. Can someone please help me with this? I did receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare code.

    Quantum Break Preorder - Never got any codes

    Hello,

    I preordered Quantum Break Digital download on my Xbox One and never received any codes.

    Did not receive Alan Wake & American Nightmare for PC/Xbox or the Quantum Break code for PC.

    Xbox Support are aware of this issue, and have posted an update here:
    forums.xbox.com/.../2152556.aspx    .

    Basically, there was an issue which has been identified, and is currently in the process of being rectified.

    READ FIRST: An update regarding Quantum Break pre-order codes

    I bought quantum break and was suppose to get the pc and the xbox one verison, plus alan wake. I only received the alan wake game, haven't gotten the pc code yet.
