    I preorderd Quantum break 11 days ago but still not have it.

    Xbox support said I needed to do this.

    Never received any of my Quantum Break pre-order codes for QB win10, or any Alan Wake code

    Hi,

    I preordered the game from the MS store and did not receive any of the promotional codes.

    No Alan wake American Nightmare, no Quantum Break Win 10, no Alan Wake

    I haven't received the Alan Wake code either. I checked the shop again and Alan Wake is part of the sale while American Nightmare was the preorder.
