    Did not receive a Warthog code or it was deleted and I never saw it.


    As the title states: I have Halo 5 digitally downloaded and in my library on xbox one. I actually have the Halo 5 edition xbox one. I bought Forza Horizon 3 Deluxe as a digital download on launch day. Did not receive a code or it got deleted from email.
    Never got one on live messenger though.

    I have had the Halo MCC since around 2014 and once saw the warthog trailer for FH3 was well excited. It said that in the week that include the 5th September You will receive a Xbox message with the code. I did not receive a code and was wondering if I ever
    will because it's close to the release of the game.

    Forza horizon 3 warthog promotion

    Hi, I pre order forza horizon 3 and I saw a halo warthog driving around. I looked into it and I saw that you must have played halo 5 (which I did) to get the code. The problem is that I never got that code

    Forza Horizon 3 Warthog gone

    Noobpro nana,

    I never installed the demo (don't like demo's but that's a different topic) In my case, I only ever pre-loaded the actual game. Found that the warthog was mysteriously absent from the auto-show and garage. Later, was told to check my in-game inbox but still
    nothing.

    I redeemed my code successfully the very moment I received the warthog code in my xbox messages. It downloaded the warthog DLC to my FH3 add-ons area... tried deleting the DLC and re-downloading it but then it never re-appeared for downloading.

    I have the same issue... received Halo Warthog code in a message before Horizon 3 released and redeemed it right away. Never saw the Warthog in the demo and now that my copy of Horizon 3 has arrived the Warthog is still MIA. I can't download it again because
    it doesn't show up in my account history and I can't redeem the code again as the system say the code has already been used. Xbox Support on Twitter never responded about this issue either so I don't know if it's the Xbox Store, Horizon 3 or Xbox Dashboard
    Preview that is causing this issue.

    The Best Buy pre-order car dlc code was redeemed on Xbox web site before my Horizon 3 arrived and that worked so I'm left thinking it's the Dashboard Preview that worked the Warthog code redemption.

    I only have one account. I had already redeemed the code and saw the DLC show as installed in my games and apps library. However, the warthog never appeared (and continues to not appear) in-game. I was then told to check my in-game message center for the
    warthog and also, there's been nothing in that inbox for the past 3 or so days.

    EDIT:

    Oh one more thing: I can't re-download the warthog DLC as it's just gone from my ready-to-install list of add-ons. (It's almost as if I never received a redemption code - yet I have one I can't re-redeem in my xbox messages.)
