    Did not receive a Halo Wars Difinative Edition Early Access Code


    Im hoping you can help me with an issue i am having.

    I was supposed to receive a code for Halo Wars definitive edition as I have pre ordered Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, the definitive edition is a pre order bonus that you are meant to have access to from the 20/12/16

    My pre order was places on the 19/12/16, before the cut of date of the 20th

    i know that codes are going out in waves for some people but according to the game devs and the post above, I should of recieved my one by now, the following is a direct quote of the post.

    'Again this is only for customers who pre-ordered prior to 12/20. If you pre-ordered more recently than that then they won't be able to help you and you'll get a code in an upcoming distribution wave.'

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code is Late

    It says on Halo Waypoint anyone that bought it before the 14th gets Halo Wars DE on the 20th.

    Yet on the xbox store for ultimate edition it says you will receive instant early access yet the game has been released and I still did not receive the code! False advertising.
