    I bought it as a gift…have I been scammed . I bought it with my Microsoft account….if you think I’ve been scammed please let me know so I can put a stop payment on my credit card

    Microsoft is the biggest scammer of all….no help from their employees in Central America who told me on a recorded line that Microsoft is NOT an American company

    Did you buy it from Xbox? If so, did you purchase it as a gift or did you just choose to buy it? If you chose to buy it, it's tied to the account you used to purchase it.

    If you bought it as a gift, then the code should have been emailed to the email you entered (they may want to check their junk mail) or sent as an Xbox message to their account. If they haven't gotten it, check your order history at http://account.microsoft.com for an option to view he code. You can copy the code from there and give it to them.
