    Hi I have owned my account for 8 years and have not been awarded anything. My brother received a 10 dollar award and he created his account after me. Please help

    I didn't get mine either. It seems they want us to spend our "coins" to play, but the rewards don't follow.

    These promotions are random, not every one is getting them. Imagine Microsoft gave every Xbox owner $10, that adds up fast.

    The reward had nothing to do with how long you are on xbox. It was a $10 credit from buying and playing minecraft , in the hopes that people would buy skins for in the game

    Hi! As mentioned it happens that every now and then there are promo offers or other occasions because of which Microsoft gives selected/random players a small gift. This doesn't mean you are entitled for anything though.

    Hi! As mentioned it happens that every now and then there are promo offers or other occasions because of which Microsoft gives selected/random players a small gift. This doesn't mean you are entitled for anything though.
