    Did not receive 6,000 rewards credits for promotional purchase


    I received promotional email on 3/4/17, stating that I would receive 6,000 rewards credits for making a $60 or more purchase via the Online Store. I purchased Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition for $62.99 with the EA Access discount on 3/12/17 through
    the "Activate the offer" link. As of 4/6/17, I have yet to receive the 6,000 rewards credits. Could someone please tell me when I should expect the credit? Thank you.

    Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.

    The Credits for that offer were placed as pending in your account on March 12th, and were deposited as usable currency on March 29th. For future reference, you can review all Credit and Deposit events on your account from the MyRewards page. From our FAQ:

    How do I know how many Rewards Credits I've earned and how will I know when they have been converted to my local currency and deposited into my Microsoft account?

    First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

    • Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account
    • Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.
    • Previous Month: Activity over the past month
    • Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months
    • Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.
    You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

    You can also confirm these deposits as usable currency in your Microsoft Account from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    The promotion to purchase For Honor offers 5,000 reward credits for the purchase, you must unlock all 4 levels to receive the 10,000 credits. As content only qualifies for one promotion at a time (no double dipping) you would not be rewarded 5,000 for the
    "Warrior" promo and 6,000 for the "Simply Rewards".

    The reward team will review your account and reply to you here to affirm or correct the above. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    The rewards program does not give discounts on the store. The offer is to receive 6,000 credits after you purchase $60 worth of content. So you'll still be paying the full price.
