Did not receive 5850 NHL Points in HUT for NHL 17 Super Deluxe Edition Purchase

Hi,

I talked to support and was told to come here for help. I purchased the NHL 17 Super Deluxe Edition and I think I am receiving the correct number of packs, however I most definitely never received my 5850 NHL Points.

Please help!

Did not receive EASHL Equipment bundle and NHL '94 Celebration on nhl 17 and i pre ordered the super deluxe edition on xbox marketplace

Didn't receive the equipment bundle or nhl celebration i was supposed to receive when the game was released. i pre ordered the nhl 17 super deluxe edition on xbox marketplace. i did receive the ea access code for 1 month free but didnt receive the equipment
bundle or celebration.

I pre-ordered EA Sports NHL 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order on June 27, 2016, yet I have yet to receive my content code for the 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle or the EASHL '94 Celebration. My order number is 567453558081022709. Thanks.

 

Hey squeda22! Do you know where the 5850 points were mentioned? EA does not list it in the included items for pre-orders

It is referenced when you go to the xbox store and find the super deluxe edition. In the description it says 5850 points are included.

 

Thanks for pointing us in the right direction, squeda22! I can see the pack for 5850 points listed for purchase

here, and that the Xbox edition should come with that.

If that page is still asking you to purchase the content, then I suggest
calling phone support to work with them on the points you have purchased including this pack, and then see if you can add up the purchases that you have done in game. Let us know how that pans out!

 

As I mentioned before Misses Quinzel, I ALREADY TALKED TO SUPPORT and they sent me here for y'all to help me. Clearly you guys do not care about customers and just want to keep bouncing people back and forth instead of actually solving problems. Great freaking

Have you checked your 'Ready to install' for NHL 17? Highlight the game tile, press the menu button your Xbox One controller, select 'Manage game', and navigate to the 'Ready to install' section. If it's already shown as installed, that may indicate that
the points were already added to your game.

The best way to verify if that content was installed, or added to your licenses, is to reach out to our phone support team so they can take a look with you. Unfortunately we are unable to offer account related support here on the forums, which includes verifying
that information, which is why Misses Quinzel was advising that you take that route.
