Did not receive 50,000 reward points after buying GOW Console bundle...

Hi there,

I ordered a GOW Edition Xbox One S console via Microsoft Store online, shipped Nov 25. Order #[Mod Removed]. Have not yet received my 50,000 reward credits, which were supposed to show as pending within 15 business days. Can someone please
look into this and credit my rewards Account?

Rewards Credit

I currently upgraded from Xbox 360 to Xbox 1S because I saw there was a reward of 50,000 credits. I have yet to receive the credits nor see a "pending" anywhere. I know I qualify because I've never owned an Xbox 1, only the 360. The bundle I bought was
the GOW. When will I receive the Reward Credits from the offer?

Not sure if this is an error or if I did something incorrectly I purchased the Xbox one s mine craft edition but I did not receive the 50,000 rewards points that are offered as a reward for doing so

The 50,000 rewards credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support. Their contact is listed on their redemption page.

No one ? It says on the rewards site I'm suppose to receive 50,000 Rewards points and in addition select free game on select consoles I have my receipt with all info needed if no one can help here can you please point me in the right direction please !

Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.

If you are eligible for the offer (you either received it via email or it shows on the Missions page of the Rewards site when you sign in) you will receive the 50,000 credits. The credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.
