    Did Not Receive 3 Months Groove Music Code


    Hello,

    On 8/3/2017 I signed up a Groove Music promotion. The promotion was a 1 month free trail with an additional 3 months in the form a code that would be sent to my email within 30 days of signing up. I have not received the code yet. I contacted xbox live
    billing via chat and after 30 minutes he told me I was eligible for the code but I had to come here and spell out my problem all over again. Please help.

    Hi, There was a deal where if you subscribed to Groove Music for the Labor Day sale, you’d get two 3-month tokens for Groove Music in an email by the end of September. Spetember ended, and I never got my codes. I have never subscribed to Groove Music previously,
    I am eligible for the promotion and I did not receive my codes.
