    Yes. I've been trying to get this taken care of for the last 4 days. I also did not receive my pre-order bonus. Purchased 35,000 VC on Sunday, contacted Xbox Support and 2K Support after it said "Purchase Cancelled" and charged my credit card anyways. The
    very next day after talking with 2K Support they suggested I try purchasing more VC so I tried purchasing 5,000 VC and the same issue occurred. They have yet to refund me or add the VC into my account.

    We need to verify if your transaction for it is successful by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If it's successful and is showing as "Completed", I highly recommend doing the steps below.

    Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

    REMOVE PROFILE:

    To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

    POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

    To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

    RE-ADD PROFILE:

    To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.

    Just a friendly reminder, if in case you still haven't received them, kindly give it time as sometimes, it can take up to 24-72 hours for in-game items to show up or reflect in our game.

    We would like to set your proper expectation that here in community forum, we do not have the advanced tool to check account's charges and history of purchases made on the account. We cannot process refund either. What we can do to help address your concern is providing you enough information or point you to the right direction if needed.

    We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue.

    1. Where did you purchase VC?

    2. Did it show in order history as completed?

    3. Did you request refund through online web form and it got denied by our online Refund's team?



    If you got reply from the refund's team that it got denied, you can appeal by replying to their email. However, if the requested for refund item does not meet refund eligibility requirements, this can be the caused of request denied.
