I preordered Mass Effect Andromeda: Deluxe Edition on the Xbox Store for the 15,000 Xbox Reward Credits but got nothing.

I didn't get the 15000 credits for preordering 3 games.

Hi I was wondering why I didn't receive the 15,000 reward credits for preordering games before March 31st. I pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda, Injustice 2, and For Honor before their release and before March 31st. I preordered Injustice 2 last on March
29th and I am wondering when I would be getting my points.

The game would count as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

The only offer that would have awarded 15,000 Credits for that purchase is the Games on Demand offer. However, that offer requires the purchase of three eligible pre-orders to complete the offer. Since you only have one out of three punches, you are not
eligible for any offer completion Credits.

There are generally no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware so there were no offers to receive credits for preordering the X or S. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
