Discus and support Did not get reward points in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So i got the TMNT Cowabunga collection and should have git 20 reward points for each pound spent but did not get any how do i get my points...     Ok then since it is your first time ever purchase here how it works.

    In order for the points to be shown as pending on your rewards profile you have to wait for 96 hours from the moment of the purchase.

    When you have at least 100 points pending ,the proccess for receiving them starts.You have to wait for another 45 days to redeem them and every 15th of each month.
