    Did not get points for survey or for getting achievement badges.


    I thought the badges would unlock rewards points? It shows I have the badges in my account for recruit and contender but no points for them. I also completed a survey and got nothing for it.

    I was however able to claim my birthday reward.

    Not getting points

    I bought 3 months of live and did a survey a day or two ago. Still haven't got the points and I didn't get points for getting live. Or the gold benefits.

    Missing achievements

    I called about 2 months ago about not getting achievements in my games. I took the survey, I did all the troubleshooting and I still am not getting my achievements

    Did not get points for survey or for getting achievement badges.

    Badges have been given for various things throughout the years, but they don't always come with credits. If you got to the recruit and contender levels before October 1, you would not have received anything for them. For any achievement levels you reach
    since October 1, you will earn gems for them.

    How long has it been since you took the survey? It takes about 96 hours for survey credits to show as pending. If they don't show as pending, you would want to try taking the survey again to make sure it shows as completed.

    Okay I got points for contender I was able to redeem today but not any for recruit both of which I earned this month. I can't retake the survey it just says "Thank you for your feedback. You will receive your 250 Rewards Credits shortly. Watch for a new
    survey opportunity soon." As far as when I completed it, I think a week or so ago? I can't exactly remember.

    Hi Shimazu X. You don't get Gems for the Recruit level since that's the first tier everyone starts on. Survey Credits will process through soon since your account was just recently activated. Hang tight!

    How long has it been since you took it? Credits from surveys should show as pending about 96 hours after you complete the survey.

    As mentioned in the post-survey screen, Credits can take up to 96 hours to appear. We see these Credits are pending in your account.
