did not get my 3 extra months

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

Is this in regards to the promotion that Amazon Prime had last week (January 18, 2018)? I also bought the 3 month code for ~ $15 USD and I also did not get my extra 3 month code. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you add 3 months paid of Game Pass Ultimate to your account, all remaining subscription time on Xbox Live will be auto converted to GPU, Providing you have not used any other offer and converted it before, Like the $1 to upgrade to Ultimate, previously.

Example: So you have 1 year Live and you Buy and add 3 months of GPU, it will convert everything to GPU, so you get 12 months Live + 3 months GPU = 15 months GPU and if you turn on Recurring billing you also get 1 extra month extra, so that is 16 months
of GPU.

Their currently is a Deal on Amazon (USA/UK) and Bestbuy (USA) where you buy 3 Months of GPU and you get 3 months extra FREE. So you get 6 months of Game Pass Ultimate for the Price of 3 months.

It will convert your Xbox Live to Game Pass Ultimate and then add the 3 months to it. So badically you get 3 more extra months of live

Also to mention, they did send emails out last August when they started cancelling the family plan and gave each account an extra 3 months. If you're not getting emails, you should check your preferences.
