    Did not get my 15,000 credits for Preordering three games by Dec 31


    I pre ordered three games that were included in a promotion to give 15,000 credits by DEC 31st. The game i preorder were Mafia 3, Dead rising 4 and i think Watch Dogs 2. Still yet to get those for mentioned credits but hopefully we can resolve this ASAP

    Not rewarded with rewards credit

    I didn't get my 15,000 rewards credits for preordering a game that comes out before dec 31st. I preordered FFXV in November and I have not received my 15,000 rewards credit.

    I did the punch card rewards for 15,000 which ended on da 31 of dec 2016. I bought resident evil 7 on dec 31st 2016 but it says I didn't. so I was making sure I got the 15,000 with da 3 games I bought. is there anyway u could tell me?

    Since your purchase of Mafia 3 was made before the offer started in October, it was not eligible for this offer, and did not award a punch. Since the offer requires three punches to complete, you did not receive Credits for this offer.

    Pre-orders

    In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Currently there is the Games on Demand punchcard offer which will give you 15,000 credits if you preorder 3 eligible games between January 1
    and March 31. Injustice 2 is eligible for that offer. If you make 2 other eligible purchases, you will receive the 15,000 credits after all 3 games have been released.

    From the Microsoft Store or digitally from Xbox? The 15,000 credits for preordered from microsoftstore.com ended on December 31. If you preordered them there, you would not receive credits. If you preordered them digitally they would count as punches on
    your games on demand punchcard and you would need 1 other eligible purchase in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you had to preorder 3 games. If you only preordered Madden, you did not complete the offer.
