    Did not get gems purchased!


    Hello I purchased gems for Mystery Society: Relic Match-44 Gems at $4.99 I'm supposed to get it says 44 + 88 gems for $4.99 and I have gotten no gems. I've tried rebooting twice, tried updating he Apps in the store nothing seems to work. I would like to
    get the gems I purchased.

    Is Xbox Support also aware of the Season Pass issue with the Telltale Bundle Collection? We have seen no official acknowledgment of the issue. It would be nice to at least get something saying it's being looked into. --

    Earning gems for qualifying purchases

    Hello Phuddox,

    In-game consumables and hardware purchases are not eligible for MyVIP. Since the majority of your purchases were consumables, they did not award any Gems. You received 30 Gems for your spending on non-consumable items. Regarding hardware, those purchases
    are not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards, unless as part of a special offer.

    There are no offers that award the purchase of hardware. The vault page shows the amount of Gems required to get that item, not how many gems you can get for the item.

    There are challenges to receive gems for keeping gold and game pass for a certain amount of time, but there are no offers to receive credits or gems for actually purchasing them. And subscriptions do not count towards VIP.
    i can get that still hey own me more gems for the things i bought even taking out that they own me around 40 gems

    I just wanted to correct an error I made above when saying I found 22 of the 24 gems myself which is not true. On this forum I read 1 gem was in the Solitude home and as I hadn't purchased this home as was holding off and saving monies, once reading that
    I immediately purchased the home to get this gem. Just wanted to clear my conscience.
