    Did not get double rewards in Microsoft bingo f


    I thought that once you reached silver status that you were suppose to get double rewards in the amount of keys. Did receive my double set of keys, and I truly would like them because I play a lot and spend money to keep playing.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.

    The Microsoft Bingo server doesn't work PERIOD. You can't get a connection whatsoever. If you do get one at all, it doesn't last and you lose tickets and rewards. It's very frustrating and the rewards aren't reimbursed or should I say haven't been so far.
