Discus and support Did not get credits after purchaseslik in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I did not get my 30k credits from the gotta get em all mission which was from nov18 to Dec 18.     Did not get credits after purchaseslik


    I did not get my 30k credits from the gotta get em all mission which was from nov18 to Dec 18. I bought all the x-men movies in a bundle in between those dates and didn't receive the credits.6 movies 5k credits per movie. If it's because I bought the bundle
    it didn't say anything about not buying a bundle and the bundle for 49.99 was offered to me after I clicked on one of the movie selection in that mission. Can you help me out?

    I deposited 25,000 credits for Microsoft money but I never got the money

    Did not get credit for successful games

    Hey Guys: Yesterday I was playing in the solitaire challenges and successfully completed two games - one expert and one hard and as there was some issue with MS Solitaire it did not give me credit for those. Not a big deal, but not very satisfying either!
    Just kvetching.

    Hi KMKing. To qualify, you had to purchase each movie individually as pictured on the offer page. Also, the FAQ stated that bundles do not qualify.

    Same issue to me... I did one purchase, after that I can't buy anymore, always getting this error.

    Tried paying by credit card and paypal.
