Did not get a email about how many hours i have played in a email?

So today alot of my friends have been getting a email showing them how many hours they have played on there Xbox. it always shows like how much gamer-score and everything they have earned on the Xbox one. I have all the right setting and also have had Xbox
one since the very start any chance of me getting a email showing what i have?

There was a time, I thought, when Microsoft could tell you how many hours a game was played in the previous month. I think I got an email with the information or a link. Was that discontinued? I would like to see how many hours my son has played his games
during the last month. Is that available anywhere?

 

Hours on account?

I have a question about how many hours are logged on. At one time I thought I had seen on my account the number of hours that were played or logged on. How can I get this info? Thanks for any help.

If you do not have your contact preferences set to receive emails from Xbox then you should change that so you don't miss out on future offers/promotions.

Daang, I bought my console on 11/11/14 I think but it didn't actually get delivered till the week after

 

Spoke to customer support they gave me this email address to contact with this problem.... [Mod Removed]

I've emailed them so ills see what happens!

 

I've never heard of that email address and have to wonder if it is a legitimate one. The emails are being sent from their engage email address.

I do have another quick question for you guys. Are you all from one of the 13 launch regions that the console first launched in?

If so, then you guys should try hitting up @xboxsupport on Twitter to see what they suggest.
