    Did not get 10 dollar promotion code for using paypal to purchase gears of war 4 via xbox ...


    used paypal to purchase gears of war 4 ultimate edition via XBOX store, promotion says i'll get a 10 dollar code sent to my account.. have not received it yet. i know it says within 30 day but i just want to make sure that i did qualify for the promotion.
    seems i used .31 cent remaining on my account balance along with the paypal payment. if that .31 cent was enough to disqualify me from the promotion, then i think that's one big slap in the face.

    Never got $10 from PreOrdering GOW4 via PayPal

    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 via the digital store on 10/06/2016 and was supposed to receive a $10 code for buying it via PayPal.

    I've been looking online and other people have received their promotional codes. I've received everything else (the older game tokes & preorder items).

    Please help.

    Didn't receive $10 gift card for Gears of War 4 Preorder via PayPal

    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition via PayPal. This was part of the promotion that should have sent me a code for $10 of store credit within 30 days. I have not received a code. I searched my mail both with Microsoft and PayPal

    I contacted support and they referenced me here. Reference # 1363252583

    As long as the purchase was primarily made using Paypal, you should be good to go. Since Gears of War 4 just recently released, I recommend checking back in here to let us know if you do not receive the $10 code after waiting 30 days since purchasing. That
    way we'll be able to take a deeper look for you.

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

    When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

    If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.
