    Hello,

    I am on the phone with customer support and they directed me here and asked I make this post.

    "I pre ordered 2 copies of battle born several weeks ago and was supposed to get 2 pre order codes with the gold character skins., I was never sent the codes. I have received and have been playing the game but would like to be sent the 2 pre order codes I should
    have been sent."

    Pre-order bonus not received.

    Hello I pre-ordered on 28.2 Sea of Thieves, but unfortunately I did not receive a code for the pre-orderer DLC yet.

    Hello I also noticed I was not sent the microsoft promotional $10 ingame credit x2 for the game.

    The page said I would get

    2 - Firstborn Battleborn preorder codes (Gold Skins for 5 Character)

    2 - $10 credits from Xbox for ordering from microsoft store.

    I realize I have not received either of these. Had I just ordered from Amazon I would have been given a 20% discount day of delivery, and the codes would have been emailed to me already. . . . I buy about every game that comes out and the vast majority are
    collectors editions. I would hope this system was ironed out in Microsoft. Please let me know asap.

    Hey, Dbl! Sorry to see any issues. For the $10 codes, you will need to go through the

    Microsoft Store    . That offer was only available there, and if you have not received the codes from that, then you will need to reach out to them to figure out how to receive those.

    For the pre-order bonus, you should have the ability to see the
    Firstborn Pack     as purchased. We have noticed some users are unable to access this content in game. This issue is with Gearbox if you are able to see the site saying as "purchased" for you. I suggest

    opening a ticket with them     (click the orange text under BATTLEBORN) if you are unable to see the content in Command > Select a character > Select Appearance. Thanks for understanding!

    Where did you pre-order from? Digital pre-orders seem to have access to the pre-order content. You may need to contact the seller / store for the code.
