Did my code for resident evil 4 but never received game download where is it Microsoft?

Hi. Okay, so my issue is similar, but not exactly the same. Two days ago, I redeemed a Microsoft gift card, then bought Resident Evil: Code Veronica X first, because of it's memory. It took the entirety of 6 hours for one gigabyte!!! I had also bought Resident
Evil 4 (both are for the 360, mind you, and I went to a friends house with my hard drive to do this) which was pending at the time. Then me and my friend went to my house, which does not have Internet (yet!!!) and left my hard drive there to download Resident
Evil 4. Unfortunately, his brother did not log onto my profile, and also turned the 360 off. So when we returned the next day, we downloaded it, which also took several hours. Then, I returned home, which has no Internet, and put my hard drive in. I tried
to launch R.E:Code Veronica, and a screen popped up reading Xbox Stores at the top, and it said "Can not launch R.E: Code Veronica." No error code. it did the same for resident evil 4. Now, I have several other games on the hard drive, and it never did this.
So I called my friend, who said to move it to a flash drive. I did for both games, with no results. So I naturally moved them back. I repeatedly pressed each game, every time with the same result. What do I do?

Silent Hill 2 is awesome, but my #1 favorite Silent Hill game ever is Silent Hill 3 (which I didn't play until I got this HD Collection because I never owned a PS2, just the Original Xbox. I played Silent Hill 2 on the Original Xbox and I didn't play it
in the HD Collection). My #2 favorite is Silent Hill 1 and my #3 favorite is Silent Hill 2. Silent Hill 4: The Room was just " okay " to me and I lost interest in playing in about half-way through the game; I played it on my Original Xbox. Silent Hill Homecoming
was better than Silent Hill 4: The Room but no where as good as 3, 1, and 2. I never play Silent Hill Downpour but I heard it was better than Silent Hill Homecoming

Personally, I found the Silent Hill series to be scarier than the Resident Evil series because Silent Hill was psychological / supernatural where as Resident Evil was more about being in your face / overwhelming scary. I love the Resident Evil series, but
to me the franchise went down hill with Resident Evil 4 which basically was a shooting gallery. Resident Evil 2 is my #1 favorite game in the series from the PS1 followed by the Resident Evil 1 Remake on the Nintendo Gamecube / the original Resident Evil
for the PS1. Resident Evil 3 Nemesis for the PS1 is next on that list of favorites followed by Resident Evil: Code Veronica X on the Sega Dreamcast

I hope that Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, and Resident Evil Code Veronica are included in those because Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5, and Resident Evil 6 were shooting gallaries.
