    Did Microsoft fire their call center staff?


    I'm attempting to call Microsoft, but for my convenience, the phone system refers me to the website so that I can get the options not to receive a call from support. Is this the new Microsoft way? I lied and said I had a billing issue and found something
    about taking to someone, but it said the call center was closed during its hours of operation. I liked the one system better, call, talk to someone, resolve my issue. The fact that I have to write this is infuriating.

    The callback option is great. I reveived a call back quickly and from a representative in america who really knew her stuff.

    Hope you get your issue fixed soon.

    I open a Chat with Microsoft if I need to contact them. I don't remember the hours, but it's always been a painless and quick process.
