    This did not work for me. System status says it's Microsoft's problem. Maybe too many people trying to install the game has crashed the servers. Not sure. Once again waiting for someone at Microsoft to fix a problem!!!

    Agreed MadRecearcher..since when did Microsoft proudly put their name on errors,crashes and bad products...this ongoing problematic game is worse than irritating to me and should be to them

    Money's gone and NO download

    i had this happen with Crash Bandicoot .....Crash of the Titans. 3 tries and Microsoft took my money and i got a nice error screen that read ' error with Xbox Live Service' try again later.

    strange though as the OTHER Crash Bandicoot game downloaded just fine. i should point out that in the 1st day of Microsoft posting the week sale on games, ONLY the Activision games links were not working. (could not see the games or sale pricing). that is
    until the next day.

    i DID however get Crash of the Titans through Games on Demand which reflected the same sale price.

    Trouble with EA Access Hub app

    Thanks for the response, but I did this and it still doesn't work. Now the app crashes after sitting on the "Connecting to EA Servers" screen for about 15 seconds. I also tried uninstalling the app again and power cycling the console. I did get a "Microsoft
    Services aren't available at this time" message the first time i loaded the app after reinstalling it after it sat on the connecting message for about 30 seconds, then it immediately crashed.
