Hi everyone. I find myself with no options to pay my past due situation with microsoft points. it said i needed a credit or debit card. I did buy a debit card and put money enough to pay the past due issue. I filled all the information
from the payment and billing case, normally, and then ended i see the past due problem was solve. Im so happy i said, but my microsoft points from the xbox gift card?? they have been used in the transaction?? and the visa too ?? im started to think they charge
me twice. I ran to the account to end the automatic billing situation and they show to me this message '' you lose access to your xbox gold live subscription on september 18, 2018 when we don't charge again. Today is september 2, so i pay for a month twice
because of the past due situation and they gave me 15 day of xbox live ?? Can some one tell me about anything to solve the problem. im very upset or is something i let pass, i don't understand.

Suspended due to payment option.

So, I put my credit card on my xbox to buy microsoft points and soon realized that it was automatically buying me xbox live for 9.99 a month. To stop this, I cancled my credit card and now it says I have been suspended due to a payment option. I would like
how to fix this to turn back from paying for live from a credit card to getting live with prepaid cards. And when I run out of live, it reverts back to silver, not suspend my account.

If i purchase a xbox Game Pass or EA Access Subscription on a prepaid Visa card and it becomes past due or suspended, Can i pay for the past due balance with my Microsoft Account money??

A workaround for thiswould be to get one of the PayPal VISA cards, since Xbox Marketplace accepts VISA as a form of payment, you can then register the card to your Xbox account and purchase the Microsoft Points this way; I think there's about a £5 charge
for the card by PayPal, but once that's done you'll be fine, (and it goes without saying you'll need a bank account).

Failing that, if your bank account supports VISA, it'd be easier just to register this, or to purchase the Microsoft Points cards where possible, (I do this as it worksout slightly cheaper to get the pre-paid cards than purchase them through the Marketplace....go
figure).

One workaround for my "kid" accounts with Live Gold... add a Visa "gift card" that has already been used up. The process seems to check if the Visa numbers and expiration are valid, but did not give an error when trying to charge $0 against it.

My account was charged for a $59.99 1 year xbox live subscription but i havent used my xbox account in over 2 years, my dad is *** off that his visa was charged for somthing he did not authorize. Suppourt is down at the moment and wont allow me to contact
at this moment.

I got refunded ($16.25) onto my microsoft account in early January listed as Arbitrary Credit/Charge. Its like they took $16.25 from my bank and made me put it on my account. At no point in January did I make any purchases or attempted purchases. My card
has been on my account for one or two years.
