Did I just get ripped off by Microsoft for madden??

Thank you both i used both plarforms to follow up and am yet to hear backz. If i get no resolution using these methods do you have another suggestion?

You can resubmit the refund request form again and/or respond to the email you received denying the request in order to contact the refund specialists.

Sorry you are having issues. You can appeal that decision by responding to the email you received with the decision. Make sure you are thorough in giving details in what happened.

To add to Smwutches the email actually states to email them back if you want to fight their decision on the rejection. I've done it previously in the past.

Feel free to email the refund team more than once.

If you had trouble communicating with the previous Support agent, I would suggest setting up another call back from a different Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The new agent may be able to explain things
more clearly for you.
