    I recently bought the Xbox game pass and was setting up my profile and found this, I tried changing the tag and still have it.

    Second I have not used Xbox game on pc but when I checked my profile my username was "CoolerLight1497" and is same on my Xbox account of the website.

    If you play an EA game it creates an account for you when you agree to the terms and conditions while on the console.

    I don`t think they do any "damage" to your credit card,they just manage to access it using your passwords.

    I really don`t know how microsoft deal with it as there are so many case`s.

    I would direct some anger at E.A.

    are you sure a sibling didn't just go into your settings

    it seems more like a sibling prank then a actual compromise

    you can call support if you feel it was done by anyone outside your family or your account has been compromised but usually they make purchases not do funny things with your avatar (except modify it to make it blue or something)

    I don't know if you were 'hacked' but if you believe your account has been compromised them you need to get on the phone with Support and open an Unauthorised Access Case

    Call into Phone Support and have them run an investigation onto your account. Ultimately, that would be the best way to go about it. They can return your account to the way it was. EA won't have any control over that.
