    did i get a bum console?


    my xbox series x doesn't seem to work very well. games that i've downloaded don't launch. app don't either. i tried both hulu and netflix just now and neither loaded, i just got a message that said "hulu is taking a long time to load" and then it stopped. i can put a disc in and it doesn't launch the game. sometimes if i restart the console, it will work, but i've had this thing a week and already am tired of it. do i need to return this?

    I would recommend performing a power cycle for your console!

    Also, clearing your Mac address and the persistent storage might correct the issue!

    If the issue persists, I would highly recommend soft resetting the console!
