    Issue with Kinect Device

    I'm experiencing an issue with my Kinect device. After plugging in a flash drive in Kinect port. by accident, it melted and got stuck in the port. After removing the stuck flash drive, i lost hope that it could work but after a month or more i tried opening it and it updated and worked well then i tried putting in the Kinect after removing any plastic then i got this error:

    "Something went wrong, System Error E102 00000C018007003"

    then i remove the kinect. i get this error System Error E102 00000C018007045d"

    I've tried restarting the device, but the issue persists. I'm concerned that there may be physical damage to the device or port.

    Hello, Yosof. I understand your feelings on this matter, but as I mentioned previously, if the Kinect has a hardware issue, which is likely what happened based on the information you provided, we're not able to assist or guide you with any kind of self-repair.

    However, if you allow me, what I can recommend is getting the device inspected by a trusted technician in your city because unfortunately, Microsoft discontinued the Kinect and Xbox One consoles, and they don't repair it anymore.

    hi ami also happened to me, I tried to download Fable III which is free for gold members in my slim 250gb xbox kinect edition, I downloaded 2 times the size 5.58GB game, but the file is damaged at 5.56GB, it it is rare for you to download on my other xbox
    4GB and damages the game to that part. anyone can help me?

    I did was delete the file and re-download. Now leave the damaged file in hard disk memory and I'm downloading aver that happens.

    I thought Kinect was awesome. But it did hinder the Xbox One power. I use my Alexa device more now to do stuff on my Xbox.
