    Did anyone who ordered a series x/s this December receive their console yet?


    I ordered my series x much later than everyone else on December 15th. Its still pending and no estimated shipping date.

    Is there anyone else who ordered this December and managed to receive their product?

    Pre-ordered game and still cant access it

    Check your order at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure you did order the Series S/X version and not the One version.

    If the order is the Series S/X version, are you sure your console as a Series S and not a One S?

    Same here. It said on halowapoint.com that, "codes are rolling out through the coming weeks, but anyone who pre-ordered by December 14 should receive one today." I pre-ordered mine on December 3rd.

    my son bought (pre ordered) the x box one s Harry Potter Legacy version but has since saved enough and wants to buy an x box series X .. will the Xbox one version work on the series X?

    Yes it will, it just won't look as good as the Series S/X version. If he hasn't been charged yet, he can also cancel the pre-order and purchase the Series S/X version instead.
