Did anybody else not get refunded for modern warfare 2 when it was canceled?

that is the LIE that everybody at Microsoft is telling any customer that tries to contact them about their money basically being stolen for this game.. after that they hang up on you. not only did I use my debit card to pre-order the game there was no pre-authorization charge to see if my card was working which they claim was done and the full amount for the game which was the vault edition and was $106 was taken out in September I even received an email from Microsoft telling me the money was taken out as well as receiving an email in October when the pre-order customers were allowed to play early thanking me again for my order and telling me to download the game from their link to play early I was able to play the campaign then right before the game was released to everyone I received an email saying that my purchase was declined which is not true and now I can't talk to anybody that will help me or even order the game again since I already have it downloaded and I own it but I'm not allowed to play it. went as far as asking to talk to the fraud department due to my money being gone and not receiving the item I paid for and I was hung up on there as well after receiving the same robotic answer about my account not having the amount to cover the pre-order and that's why it was canceled/declined which is not true I even tried to send them a copy of my bank statement and they are not willing to talk to anyone this is a huge mistake on Microsoft's behalf not the customers and it should have been taken care of professionally and justly I feel this needs more media attention if anything so that it will get resolved if we steal from Microsoft it would be a big issue.

When you pay with a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. If they're not able to charge you at that time, the order is cancelled. So they have nothing to refund. I accidentally bought modern warfare 2 remastered without realizing it only campaign can i get a refund.

I purchased the Modern Warfare 2 remastered bundle in Modern Warfare (2019) and did not recieve anything except the Remastered game. Please fix this.
