Diablo IV Key usable on PC but not playable

As mentioned Activision only sells the pc version on battlenet which is not connected to xbox live ita it's on network

I'm sorry but you purchased the code from a thirdd party retailer, who obviously incorrectly listed the code as PlayAnywhere. J

Microsoft is not the retailer or publisher for this game. They do not own activision and are legally prohibited from having anything to do with their business until if and when the merger closes.

I suggest you contact the retailer about their bad listing and possible remedies.

As you can see there is no mention of PC support. I recommend in the future you buy direct, that way refunds might be possible.

Since it's already been redeemed, there's nothing that can be done with it.

Is there any way to get this code voided and get a refund or how does it work now? It was not clarified to me that the game can't be played on PC through Microsoft Store
