Diablo 3; "Making a Breakthrough" achievement

Alright so I've been playing diablo 3 for a while now and I've only got one achievement which is making a breakthrough achievement for killing the siegebreaker. I've killed the siegebreaker in every single difficulty, literally every single one, including
on hardcore and it still hasn't unlocked. I've contacted blizzard and xbox support and neither has helped. I have reset my xbox, removed my account, hard started it, added my account. Uninstalled and reinstalled my game and tried it after each step. I've checked
that xbox live was up while I did it. I also tried to unlock it while my xbox live was off. No luck with anything, I've called xbox live 3 times following all suggested fixes and blizzard twice. No resolving of my issue so if anyone has anything to fix this
issue please let me know. I've filled out that survey for their "achievement team" to look at but that was at around June 20th, and no such word of luck yet. So please help.

The Lord of Sin

The Wages of Sin

They show unlocked in Blizzard's achievement tracker just not in xbox's actual achievements.

Sorry to hear that but rarely you could run into a broken achievement. What you could try is waiting a little bit longer and seeing if it automatically updates or just reporting the bug to the Blizzard and Xbox. Also if possible try to go through the sequence
that triggers the achievement again and see if you have any luck.

Sadly there isn't a fix for broken achievements so you might just have to keep trying. I had a similar problem with Life is Strange, but neither Square Enix nor Microsoft could "unlock" it for me even thought it is literally an achievement for getting other
achievements so it should've been obvious that I had it.

Dopegum, I've tried all 3 of those links when I was talking yo xbox live support, so no luck there unfortunately. I've actually completed the achievement criteria prbably around 30 times or so..

 

Bumping thread, no resolution has been found. Any helpful tips would be appreciated.
