Diablo 3 characters missing after crash while joining invite.

started diablo 3 -> created new hardcore witch docter named spazz -> main menu -> received invite to play from friend -> joined invite -> loading screen -> game crashes -> reload game -> ALL MY **** CHARACTERS ARE GONE TO THE DAMN WIND, FOR THE SECOND ****
TIME!

ive spoken with blizzard support and they say they cannot help because I'm on console so I was told to talk to Microsoft and went to chat line and was directed here, phone number for support was complexly useless and provided no
assistance, second and final time ill be dealing with this if it cannon be resolved, PlayStation is looking better and better lately dealing with this kind of stuff.

Diablo 3: Reapers of Souls and Diablo 3 problem

Hello,

Soooo I had been recently introduced to Diablo 3 and it was played on my Xbox 360. I loved it! and I had went to get one for my own grubby lil' mitts. I had purchased the Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls but it comes with Diablo 3 itself on the same disc.

The problem is that the friend (he who has the original Diablo 3) and I (the one with Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls) cannot play on Xbox (360) Live Co-op together. If I try joining him (invite or no invite) it asks me to 'Insert Diablo 3 into disk drive... and
vice versa for him.

Help Anyone?

Diablo 3

just reinstalled Diablo 3, digital edition.

But game crashes back to Xbox one menu every time I try to go in to a rift. This is with all my characters, seasonal and not.

What to do, must I try to re-download it?

You can also try to delete your profile from the console and sig in again.

I tried both of those options with the Microsoft chat support representative, even re-installed it which took forever. and I work almost 12 hours a day Thursday threw Tuesday so when I get off the rep lines are usually closed or I cant find the correct number
for someone to be able to access the logs to see what happened if they even can, which would be kinda stupid if they couldn't. I'm about at the point where if it cant be fixed I'm done with diablo and all blizzard products.

You might also try contacting Blizzard support to see if they are able to supply and help with this issue.

Go on Diablo 3 vanilla. Somewhere in options it'll say export character and yeah your character is gone from vanilla after.
